Our Privacy Statement:


Working with Consumer Credit Counseling and a CCCS counselor is a personal and confidential experience.  When a client uses our Debt Management Plan, for example, only those creditors involved in the DMP are contacted.  Unless otherwise instructed by our client, we do not contact creditors, employers, family or friends.

Any Emails you send to CCCS are treated with extreme confidence.  We do not share your personal information with any person, organization, or agencies outside of our organization.  We will not use your email to solicit you for your business. 


IMPORTANT - Because of Internet Security issues, when contacting us over the internet PLEASE do not include any account information, account numbers, social security numbers, or any other sensitive information.  That information should be provided to your counselor in person or verbally over the phone.
